MATTHEW MATTES

Performance Director

Matt has over 12 years experience as a strength coach and a personal trainer. He has put his focus on being as diverse as possible. Certified through multiple organizations across many modalities from performance and conditioning specialist to regeneration and recovery. Through the years he has worked with all levels of athletics from high school, college as well as professional athletes spanning from NCAA, PGA, and UFC. His goals are to ensure clients are getting specific and personal attention and effectively maximizing performance while mitigating injuries.

KEVIN RUIZ

Fitness Director

Kevin began his journey as a fitness coach in 2007. He has gained experience through a collegiate setting, one on one training, and group fitness, while specializing in Youth Athletics.. After experiencing multiple injuries, Kevin’s focus went from a lesser informed aesthetic perception, to a fundamentally driven health and wellness approach. His goal is to build efficiency through fitness while preserving and creating longevity out of ones body. The ability to wake up without pain and being able to complete all of life’s physical goals, is an aspect of life everyone should accomplish. Lets move properly and live our best life, longer.
